As a reminder, it is the Democrats, not the Republicans, that are trying to overturn the Congressional mandate on ethanol, so if this court is anything, it is so-called "conservative". It takes Congress to overturn a Congressional mandate and the Democrats don't have the votes to do it."

Thank you! There are many sides to the gas issue. We all want .economical energy, but we should be able to achieve it without destroying our environment. I'm not an environmentalist, by any stretch of the imagination! But when well water is laced with chemicals found only in water used for hydraulic fracturing, then it is time to call a halt to the pollution!
